"You, your child and digital"

This was an opportunity to talk, and share together, questions and concerns you have about the digital world and your child. There was an open discussion about how to support and manage children's digital lives. Questions we considered were:

• Do you know what your child gets up to online?

• Are you worried about their digital life?

• Is your child asking for a phone and you're not sure?

The morning was hosted by:

1) Janette (Nettie) Ballard who works in digital literacy. She helps people of all ages get smart about staying safe online. She will share stats, info and ideas about how to manage children's digital lives.

2) Yasmin Lambert who is a leading voice in innovation in law with an expertise in tech. She will facilitate the discussion to help make sure that all voices are heard.

All the information – and resources - are below, but even before you open it, perhaps you would take a moment to fill out this parent survey. This is designed to establish how parents and carers feel about digital generally and in particular mobile phones. The information will be used to help us – parents, carers and the school – put together more opportunities to explore this topic.
